I was starting to get bored.

Without anything to talk about, I've been bored for weeks outside of the holidays. Physical training isn't preferable to me. I'd rather work my mind and my body in the court of law. But I should start looking at the card games a bit more often, that's probably the only reason I never got in Blue: Because I never really put emphasis on the games. I do have a fear though, that if I divert my energy to playing card games, the rest of my work will slip. Guess I'll just have to push my way through it.

Who knows, maybe this generation is going to require card games, and a client's fate will be, in some days, decided by a duel between Prosecution and Defense. But who am I to guess the world, I can only expect more chaos. But if it's anything like the past year, I'll be ready. I'll be ready for anything this Academy can throw at me. Even those surprise quizzes I'm convinced some of the teachers are a bit sadistic about.

But overall, it's good to be back. I see my room has done nothing but collect dust when I left it. Next time there's an emergency evacuation, someone--be it some random student who nobody really pays attention to, a vampire, werewolf, floating ball of light, a complete psycho bent on world domination, or maybe an angel from heaven itself--remind me to get my books before I leave next time.

Also, is it just me or has the female population of the school mysteriously doubled?

I had an interesting thought just now.

Now, the myth is that the universe hates Lawyers for some unknown reason.

But if the universe hated us, then we would be smitten for all eternity with the damnation that everybody else seems to be getting. I mean, honestly. do any of you lead remotely normal lives? I seem to be the only one who has had very little happen to me and even then, what has happened to me has been of no real significance nor has it left me disabled in any way.

So what if the universe, in fact, caters to us? By sparing us Lawyers of the outright random stuff and letting us survive the area of effect instances without being completely mutilated. We may very well be God's chosen ones, who are meant to survive. What I have experienced has only made me stronger as an individual. You may not see me often, but you should know that I might be something beautiful (or incredibly cool) in a human shell just waiting for the day I can evolve past all of you pitiful Terrans!

But, of course, that last part is a complete falsehood. Though I still think us Lawyers are God's tools if not Gods ourselves.

Me? Time Travel? What would a Lawyer want with that?

There's this strange rumor going around about my supposed ability to time travel. This is all coming from the fact I, myself, just heard about this today.

If I were a time traveler, then I would tell you... "I've already seen what's going to happen and I'm going to tell you that it was hilarious and the looks on your faces were priceless."

Why?

It's common in animation that a female villain would wear skin-tight and otherwise distracting clothing no matter what their intentions were. It always worked in the shows, but is it really supposed to work that way?

I find it rationally stupid to not actually give yourself appropriate protection from environmental and man-made hazards in favor of showing off your figure in every possible way short of just walking around naked. Seriously, what drives you to show yourselves off like that?

It's kinda scary to me. Not scary in the sense that I fear you, but scary in the sense that I wonder why the hell you decided to wear that.

However, if you have played Demon Castle Dracula, then I don't need to say much more than "I was the Belmont." This is like that weird costume party where I became Simon Belmont.

I had the most awesome dream the other day.

I was Simon Belmont from one of the newer Castlevania revisions. Trodding along the campus of the Academia while looking out for vampires, monsters, or Dracula himself. Eventually, this weird kid comes up to me and tells me that a freak was doing something with a woman: Surely the work of a servant of Dracula!

I go to investigate, and after some questioning, he challenges me! He stuck to the story of not working for Dracula. But that enigmatic organization he was working for only ticked my "Dracula" senses even more, as I brought out the legendary Vampire Killer and began to whip him into submission! There was fire involved!

It was a fun dream.

The counts of Dark Games, Penalty Games, as well as lawsuits filed without lawyers. I'm talking to my brother about taking me back so I can investigate further on this. In short, I may be returning soon. I can only trust my insiders keep me informed up until the day I return.

I'm outta here.

You heard me right. Given the island turning into a literal hell, Ryuji my brother kindly extracted me off of the Island via his Cessna. It's a 3-hour flight back and forth from my actual home and the Duel Academy. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be returning to complete my year, if you could even call this a year.

I'll await a verdict from the school staff, if there's any left after this. That's if there's even a school left. Well, whatever the case, I won't be one of the casualties. It's not that I don't think none of you are my friends, it's that my interest in card games has been waning over the past few months. I'm not shoving you all aside, I'm just trying to gather my thoughts in peace.

Don't worry, if there's to be a repeat year, I'll surely have to attend again. I do want to at least have something other than a law record.

Just today, I ran into two people while on my way back after a stroll outside.

The first one was a... A... "David Rabb"... Strange name. He spoke Japanese, though not very well. At some point he brought up pineapples for some reason. From what I could gather, the man was looking for legal advice on how to... Take over Japan. I don't understand, he complained about our women. His woman wasn't much better. A large chest like that may appeal to him, but to people like me, it signifies nothing but trouble.

Not only that, he attempted to pass the girl as an Asian who had had plastic surgery. She spoke english incredibly well (better than I do!) and even fluently. As well, he attempted to distract me, by repeatedly talking about her chest... Sure, he was right at some parts, but I don't pay attention to details I shouldn't be looking at. All I know is that he was promoting her like a brand new Toyota vehicle.

I also think the guy was a tad perverted, when I looked outside again, he was there, his head resting in her chest, not moving. Like they'd decided to have sex in the middle of the grass in plain sight. Well, night time oddities, I guess.

Contradiction Note

For you Death Note fans, I have found out this: Death Note is a contradiction of itself!

Now, the anime Death Note has two things I will involve: Shinigami Eyes and Death Notes theirselves.

Ahem...

Shinigami Eyes allow a person to, when looking at their face, see how long they have left to live. Along with their face, the people with Shinigami Eyes can write a Death Note for the person whose face they have seen.

However, there is a blatent contradiction here!

Since the Shinigami Eyes have a clear ability to predict the future down to the moment a person dies. How come the time of death caused by a Death Note isn't reflected in this, then!? Do you have an explanation, Ryuuk!?

In other news, still free up. Anybody want a visit from the lawyer-to-be?

I bring to you the first person I would love to meet in person:

Starscream of the De...De... How is it those americans say it... "D e c e p t i c o n s"? (That's how it's said in america)

Why do I want to meet him? Simply because of his attitude towards Megatron, leader of the Decepticons. He hates how Megatron leads, and wants to undermine him entirely. He commonly states that he will be leader of the Decepticons, but he never gets that chance until the movie, where Optimus Convoy dies. Starscream dies because Galvatron blasts him.

No, I am not late for any show. It's just that I like to see the unfinished versions of shows we get. Can you believe how rediculously dull the american series they call "Transformers Armada" is? Nothing close to what we got, which is far better.

And in short, my schedule's outlook has quite a bit of free time, anybody wanna hang out? Make a public appearance? Plenty of time for this.

I've found myself at a lack of things to do. No one seems to want an attorney to use as a tool to sue somebody with.

Aside from that, anybody seen my How to Object Like a True Attorney book lately? I wouldn't be surprised if some girl snatched it while I wasn't looking or while I was sleeping.

Birdman and wives

So, yesterday, Birdman himself paid me a visit. He said he'd spare my wife. Why my wife? I don't have one. Unless I got married within the past few minutes of that day, which I don't remember because I'd taken a nice long nap.

I had one of the coolest dreams, though. Whenever I screamed "Objection!" and finger-pointed, a lightning bolt came out of my finger and struck whatever I pointed out. That'd be cool to have in real life, it'd really give me a little extra impact in the court. I'll just make sure to aim away from the Prosecutor.... Unless I hate the guy.

And for the last time, I'm not married! So don't tell me to get a wife all because I don't leave my room that often.

Just another boring day

What can I say? I get a kick out of being a cat-thing.

Just today I've managed to make 20 people freak out. I wasn't even wearing my mock badge today.
Then again, I only wear that thing when it's necessary.

I've actually been a little bit more active in my LiveJournal activities, aside from doing various trivial investigations and pointing out flaws to certain people, including a certain person who is still convinced that I am a hallucination despite any evidence that I lead to the contrary.

But, I've also been playing this American game called "Elite Beat Agents", while I have no clue what they're saying, I don't think any of them will be practicing law soon enough. But maybe, just maybe... I can scream 'HEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAALLLLLLPPPP!' loud enough, they might come. That is, if I actually needed them.

In the meantime, I'm sleepy. I'll read a law book until something interesting happens or I fall asleep.
